应用：粉龙骨（五色者佳， 瓦上煅）、锁阳（醋洗）、北细辛（水泡一夜，晒干）、阳起石（見太阳跳动者佳）各9克，早黃桂花（人乳拌晒、旱地浮萍（要肥大者）、吳茱萸（醋泡过一夜，炒）、上肉桂（去皮）各6克， 紫梢花（色润紫者佳）、石榴皮（瓦上焙干）、砂仁（去壳，烧酒洗，焙干、 肉苁蓉（红色者佳，焙干）、川椒（要开口者）、枸杞（去核，炒）、麝香（用当門子）、白芷（銅器內妙黃）、闹羊花（焙）、象皮末、真鴉片各3克，高丽参芦头15克，蓖麻子49粒（去壳，去油淨），共为末，炼蜜为丸如小龙眼肉大，丁香油为衣；
方式：四奇科子丸，每于經淨七日之內，先放一丸入阴戶內，待一頓飯时药化，然后行事，紧暖如御处女，十产九男，神应无比，不可輕視。然种子务宜节欲，若借此淫佚无度，不惟无子，且恐伤生，不可不慎；

【功能主治】据报道，用本方治疗体癣、足癣共31例，一般在1天后症状即见消退，2天后皮屑脱落，病史较长者，一般3～5天亦能治愈。但有20％左右治愈后仍反复发作。
【用法用量】研为细末，将患趾洗净后，撒擦于脚趾缝内。据报道，用本方治疗脚癣100余例，均获良效。或用丁香15克，加入70％酒精至100毫升，浸48小时后去渣。外擦患处，每日3次。
膏药：丁桂香
- 功能温阳散寒，行气止痛。用于寒性腹痛，腰痛，关节痛。
- 丁香500g，肉桂500g，小茴香400g。
- 散剂。
- 附-丁桂散：丁香500g，肉桂500g。以上二味，粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，即得。本品为棕色粉未，具有丁香、肉桂的特异香气，味辛。口服，每次0.6~1.5g；外用，将药粉少许，放于膏药中贴患处。（《江苏省药品标准》1977 年）
润肤膏：乌丁膏
功能：治皮肤划痕症。
应用：乌梅（甘酸）15克，公丁香（辛咸）3克.每日一剂，水煎服。

配伍：丁香、甘松香各30克，零陵香、吴藿香、细辛、蜀椒各60克，白芷、泽兰、大麻子、桑白皮、桑寄生、牡荆子、苜蓿、辛夷仁、杏仁、川芎、防风、莽草各30克，胡麻油一升，竹叶、松叶、柏叶各半升，腊猪膏一升，乌鸡肪、雁肪各一合。
制法：上二十五味㕮咀，以醋渍一宿，纳油膏中，微火三上三下，白芷色黄膏成，去滓，涂头上，发生，日二夜一。鬓发堕落，令生长方。
