丁香十大美食之二：丁香酸梅汤
功能：治呃逆反胃，胆囊炎，胆道蛔虫症。
特点：香甜微酸、开胃止渴、清暑除烦。
应用：乌梅（甘酸）500克，山楂（甘酸）20克，陈皮（苦辛）10克，肉桂（辛咸）1克，丁香（辛咸）5克，白糖（甘酸）500克，蜂蜜300克，熬膏服。
制法：1.将乌梅和山楂分别洗净，用清水洗去泥沙，逐个拍破；与乌梅、山楂、陈皮、肉桂和丁香一起装入纱布袋内，扎进袋口；2.锅置旺火上，放入纱布袋和2500克清水烧沸，转用小火熬约30分钟，除去纱布袋，将锅端离火静置沉淀15分钟左右，滗出汤汁，撒入白糖搅匀即成。

丁香十大美食之三：卤汁丁香鸡
应用：温中降逆、止吐止痛、针对脾胃虚寒的体质。
配伍：母鸡1只，丁香6克，胡椒6克，葱白10克，干姜10克，肉桂5克。
制法：母鸡洗净；丁香、肉桂、胡椒放锅内，加适量水煎2次，每次水烧沸后10分钟箅出药汁，共收药汁3000ml；药液入锅，拍破的姜葱放入母鸡，文火煮至六成熟时，捞起晾凉；将卤汁放锅内，再放进母鸡，用文火卤熟后捞出，揩净浮沫；在卤汁中加盐、冰糖、味精搅拌、烧热熔化，再放入母鸡，置文火上，边滚动母鸡边烧卤汁，直到卤汁浇遍鸡面而呈现红亮色时捞出，再在鸡面上均匀涂层香油即成，使肉嫩汁香。
丁香十大美食之四：丁香糖雪梨
功能：治反胃转食，药物不下；
特点：甜酥味美、理气化痰、滋阴生津、降逆止呕。
应用：大雪梨一个，以丁香十五粒刺入梨内，湿纸包四五重，煨熟食之。
配伍：丁香15粒，大雪梨1只，冰糖20克。
制法：1.将雪梨洗净，削去外皮，用竹签均匀地在梨上戳15个小孔，每个洞内放入1粒洗净的丁香，然后放在小碗内用纸封口，入笼置沸水锅上用旺火蒸30分钟后去丁香待用。2.将冰糖放入锅内，加入适量清水，置火上烧至熔化后熬成汁，浇在去掉丁香的蒸梨上即成。

功能：治疗慢性消化不良，反胃，恶心，呕吐。
应用：雪梨（甘酸）1个，丁香（辛咸）10粒，雪梨剖开去核，放入丁香文火煨熟，去丁香吃雪梨。

丁香十大美食之五：丁香糖
功能：治呃逆呕吐，寒性呕吐；
应用：白糖（甘酸）500克，公丁香（辛咸）3克，姜汁（苦辛）10克，加300克蜂蜜（甘酸）熬膏，稍冷，用刀划成小块。每日服三次，每次三小块。
《同仁堂食疗方》
附：丁香姜糖（除痞局）
功能：治胃寒型呃逆，呕吐，胃痛。
应用：白砂糖（甘酸）250克，生姜末（苦辛）30克，丁香粉（辛咸）5克，加300克蜂蜜（甘酸）熬制成膏，切成50块儿即可，每日饭后食用数块。
《摘元方》
丁香十大美食之六：丁香糯糯粥
功能：胃虚气逆
应用：用莲子同丁香、煨姜、糯米煮粥，啜粥即止。
方式：内服

《医方一盘珠》
丁香十大美食之七：千口一杯饮
功能：治阳痿，阳物軟而不举者是；
配伍：人参15克，枸杞15克，母丁香9克，荔枝肉10个。
制法：上药浸上好燒酒1000克，三日后，蒸三柱香久，取起， 浸冷水中，拔出火气，过二十一日飲之。名为“千口一杯飲”，一杯作二三百口， 緩緩飲之， 能生精养血， 益气安神，其功不可尽述。
附：原方专治阳痿不举。高丽参好党参亦可、熟地、枸杞各五錢，沙苑子、淫羊藿 、母丁香各9克，远志去心、沉香各3克，荔枝肉7个。
