同仁堂药食同源研究院院长黄柏访谈文字版（二）
主持人：我有一个问题要请教，就是传统的中草药的一些剂型，我了解到有八种，像“丸、散、膏、丹、酒、露、汤、锭”这些都是，但草本膏方被认为是更适合现代人来使用，它有哪些独到之处呢？
黄院长：这个问题其实包容量非常大的，我们需要先回归一下，就是说在历史上的这种中国传统膏方，它是一个什么样的情况，为什么有这么一个剂形？首先来说，您可能都没有想到，定制的膏方当中，一般里面的材料品种，您估计会有多少种？
主持人：七、八种吧。
黄院长：不是的，一般情况传统当中是50-60种，甚至更多。因为它是要有一个很综合滋补。但要有这么多品种，是对这个健康领域的专业人士要求是很高的，因为他得在这么多种当中挑出一个君，以及若干臣、佐、使，而且还得合化成一个兼味，以便成局。比如说，最终合化成甘酸除烦，还是酸苦除痞，还是苦辛除滞，还是辛咸除枯，还是咸甘除悸等等，它都是要转化的，越多越难以统摄，需要更高的技术性支撑。
因为都是希望给人们有一个更周全、更全面的滋补，所以，这么多种联合应用，无论是密度，还是作用，就会更加厚实，滋补含金量就高嘛，直接达到的更佳养生价值，这个就是膏方这种剂型的独特优势。原料充足，使之在身体里面停留的滋补时间能够比常规的那些水质的要长，所以在传统当中其实还有一句话叫：“一碗膏，十碗汤”。
主持人：非常感谢黄院长的这么生动透彻的一个分享。就我了解到的传统膏方，滋养身体也有它这样的一个节律，比如说大多都在冬季才进行膏方补养，对不对？这背后有什么样的一个原理所在吗？
黄院长：其实呢，有一个最简单的认识，凡是滋补的东西呢，都是带能量的。也就是说呢，它相对的，热量都是高的。那么还有一句话叫要想富先修路，所以为什么提到这儿呢？就是说，这么好的这个货物，你要运到身体里面所需要的地方，那么人体内部的基础设施，包括道路通畅度，要求是相对高的，不然就容易半路就返回来了，返回来就叫上火，所以你就得选择一个能够平衡它的季节，什么季节最不容易上火呢？那就肯定是冬天了，所以它就很自然地就这么演变过来的。
主持人：原来跟时令是相关，我们的先贤是非常智慧的。那草本膏呢，其实历史已经很悠久了，就早在先秦时期，好像人们就已经开始使用这种膏方了。但是随着历史的这样的一个演变，它有不断发展的这样的一个过程，那甚至很多名方到今天都还在被使用。那我还想跟黄院长请教一下，就是现在的话，好像就是在南方来说，这个草本膏方的使用好像相对更加普遍一点，那这个背后的原因是什么？
黄院长：因为中国的特点，叫地大物博。每个地方的人呢，都有他的生活的习惯，都有他的日常起居，都有他就是勤劳努力奋斗，然后跟自然和谐统一的那么一个层面的生活历练。所以呢，它一定是南北方，还是有不太相同的文化的。我个人的理解，北方虽然四季分明，但是到冬天的时候，回到家里面其实是很热的。你回家就要脱外衣是吧，但是呢，在长江中下游等南方地区就不一样了。就像大家开玩笑说的，冬天在北方进屋以后脱衣服，然后在南方是进屋以后要裹被子。所以南方人冬天很需要能量感，这个就应运而生了，这种传统滋补不会太去考虑上不上火，而是希望它火多一点，希望像太阳一般有一个温暖的状态。
另外一个原因，我觉得要利用这些草本吧，因为南方是四季常青的，它有更多的这个草本原料，取材是非常方便的，不像北方。然后逐渐的形成了一种草本膏的地缘养生文化。
主持人：聊到南北的区别，所以接下来呢，我想要请教一下关于我们膏方文化在北方的特色，京圈膏方的文化和特点？
黄院长：说到北方，尤其是京圈呢，其实自己的感受更多，因为北京生北京长嘛，然后呢，从小其实接触同仁堂也比较早，知道同仁堂一直是供奉皇家御药的角色，在这个过程当中，其实也了解了更多的一些这种所谓的宫廷皇家文化。因为时代的变迁，我们非常欣喜的是，现在已经这么多好的东西已经飞进了寻常百姓家了，这个就是一个时代的一个转换，咱们作为一个历史的回顾呢，再说一说这个京圈膏方文化。
京圈膏方，和宫廷这块儿关系还是非常的密切，因为清朝，它带有更北方民族的这种文化特点。人们本身吃的这个东西呢，本身就是能量满满的这种强滋补的是吧，食物能量非常硬。满汉全席当中最硬的肯定是跟草原有点关系的偏动物的这种食材，而且那个时候都是野生的。所以本身日常饮食的滋补性就已经比较强，平时其实就挺上火的。所以京圈呢，就逐渐养成了一种特别的膏方模式，更多的是用一种跟蜂蜜结合的方式，像蜜饯什么的都是这种。包括当时在宫廷，您看故宫专门有皇家冰室，就是在冬天把这个大的冰块给它储藏在里头，然后这个夏天拿出来，根据这个论资排辈的来分这些东西。所以其实更多的更关注的是一些水果类、蔬菜类的东西，但是因为北方的蔬菜品种比较少，所以因为这些原因吧，它就不像南方形成的那么普及的氛围。
我觉得现在时代不同了，同仁堂也成为老百姓的品牌，我们做的这个小红罐呢，它实际上是担负了一种企业使命与历史责任，就是要把传统膏方的优点继承的前提下完成升级迭代，进行时代性的新一轮的创新。那么这个我们当时在研发的时候就考虑到，传统中这种动物药，虽然很滋补，但是原来皇家用的这些动物药在今天看来都是不环保的违禁品。
所以呢，一方面我们就用草本食品来转换了之后，利用中医药君臣佐使以及格局能量的这种专业能力，在加上好的材料，完成传统膏方的整体提升。另一方面，原来的那种传统膏方，非常的不实用，日常不方便，那么这也是小红罐的研发当中的一个非常重要的理念。我们是想对大家的健康最有帮助的呢，就是日常在多场景当中都能够这个用上、吃上、补上。甚至可以把它放到更多生活场景当中，比如说早晨起来，我们吃面包片儿，可以稍微在面包机烤一下，然后，就来一勺小红罐的任何一个品种，像抹果酱一样享受美食的极佳口感。
这个口感是非常重要的，而小红罐有三个体验层次：口感、体感、实用感。其实，这个追求口感的在当今的这个时代，这个市场上，因为这个生活越来越丰富多彩了，追求口感也成为了一种常规。其实，如果用我们的研发理念来说呢，是高于口感的。其实就是体感，比如说东方人喝茶，这个也分会喝不会喝的，不太会喝的尝的是口感，而真正的老茶民，真正会喝茶的人，讲究的是这个茶喝进去的时候，感觉它是竖着走的，还是横铺在上面的不同感觉。
这也启发了我，研发这个小红罐，我在测试的时候，吃进去之后，更注重它是一种什么体感，比如测试茯苓膏，我就会去体会它有这个去除身体多余水分的这个能力，通过配伍让它饮用后尽快地出现想小便的这种体感，如果没有这种感受，它就不会那么好的去除这些湿润之气。这种体感，是不是也是很有意思的东西，我觉得中国人，他首先是拿自己作为一个体验者的，去体验这一切，那么也是为了把这个更好的东西奉献出来，这是第二个层级。
还有比它更高的，就是实用感。当然这也是养生的终极意义，就像这种加味秋梨膏，就是要让我们的有更好的这个精力与滋润生津的功能性去完成我们的工作，这就是一个实用感。所以这个就是小红罐在研发时候的三个的基础的这个理念，一个是口感，一个是体感，一个是实用感。
主持人：现在市场上琳琅满目的产品很多，膏也有很多，那我们也想请教黄院长，从您的角度来看，除了这个产品本身的品质之外，怎么样才能一款膏才能算是真正的好膏。
黄院长：我觉得今天所有的问题当中，这是一个最难回答的一个问题。因为这个是一个多维度的事情，它不能是说只是从一个角度去看，首先说，它肯定还是作为一款实实在在的东西，得先说它本身的这么一个作用。我觉得这刚才其实已经谈到了，就是作为一个很好的食养结合的这么一款食品，那么它一定要具备一个好的口感，然后还要有好的体感。然后在这基础上，我们这种感受是一方面，还要达到一个我们的身体本身要达到的一种实用性，所以形成了三个层次。这其实讲的还是一个维度，并且三个层次之间也是向下兼容的。但这都还是第一个维度，我认为这是叫健康价值。
第二个维度呢，就是我觉得现在人不光要健康长寿，而是要有更好的生活质量，更好的生活品质。那么对于我们当代人，这个生活品质当中很重要的一部分，就要有自己的一个很好的身心灵的这种感受，所以我觉得作为一个好膏的话，第二个高度就是应该是有一种赋予现代人的这种情绪价值，需要有一个非常美好的一个心情，要有一个这个时代的活力体验，就像这个孔子说的“颜回乐处”，学生颜回他是吃不好的东西，过简朴的生活，他都能够感觉到好。那么这个实际上我认为，它也是一种情绪价值。所以我在研发的时候，除了实用性之外，还要体验到精神愉悦、活力满满的情绪价值。
其实还是有更高的这个维度的。

黄院长：这个我就稍微有一点务虚，但是我觉得这个其实还是非常重要的，因为现在这个时代一定还是要有一种新的价值，我认为这种价值，它是基于就像今天的这种活动现场的这种形式为前提的，我认为这叫传播价值。它要有它的传播价值，好的东西要从过去的那种好酒不怕巷子深，然后后来发现其实好酒也怕巷子深，是吧，到今天的好产品，它也要有一个很好途径去传播，所以呢，我觉得这个不只是一个传播，更是一种时代精神。
它的实质是什么呢，实际在传播中，我们的受众都是能够帮助我们提高的，比如说我们今天跟这么多朋友在一起，这种互动跟交流，就让我想到现在的这个AI时代，你发现吗？就是说它是用什么改进这些，迭代升级的呢，我就注意到，凡是你输入关键词的时候，对话框的上方它都有一个向上的小手指，和向下的一个小手指。那么，受众如果认为你回答得很好，就像我们做产品一样，能够给我们最实际的反馈，改善产品与服务最大的帮助。
